WHOOSH.
To create an app dedicated to one of Tesco's delivery services (Whoosh) which provides customers with the opportunity to order products from stores across the nation for every occasion such as forgotten items, last-minute plans and many more. This app would steer away from the general Tesco Groceries app to give customers a more personalised experience when utilising the proposition, with space for B2C marketing, competitions, points schemes and more.


THE SET UP
Adding that personal touch from business to customer but capturing the data of those who use the app to tailor the experience more to their needs

THE ORDER
For those last minute essentials which might have been forgotten, customers can either search or navigate through the home page to find those required items where their most purchased items remain at the top of the list

THE DELIVERY
When the order has been made, the app will send through updates via push notifications to inform the customers when and where the delivery is which can be tracked on the live feed
